We collect as little as possible, protect what we hold, and never sell your data. Here's the full picture.
1. Who we are
The data controller is WEBX MICHAŁ MATCZUK, Szerokie 62B/2, 20-050 Szerokie, k. Lublina, Poland (NIP 713 299 15 86). For any privacy matter, contact mm@webx.pl.
2. What we collect
Contact form data: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message — used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
Newsletter data: your email address, only when you explicitly opt in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Technical data: anonymized, aggregated usage analytics used to improve the site. We do not build individual behavioral profiles.
3. Legal bases
We process data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract, for inquiries), Art. 6(1)(a) (consent, for the newsletter) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest, for security and aggregate analytics).
4. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract follows. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.
5. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with processors essential to running the studio (hosting, email delivery), all bound by data processing agreements, with EU data residency wherever available.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time by writing to mm@webx.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
7. Changes
We’ll update this policy when our practices change and adjust the date at the top. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers are announced by email.
